Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to meet you at the property? Are you able to collect keys?
We can arrange for keys to be collected at your convenience, saving you all that unnecessary travel time. We would only need to meet you at the property if the work required a detailed quote, and that would be arranged at a mutually convenient time.
How do I know when you will be arriving to collect the waste?
When booking in the job, we will provide you with a timeslot and our driver will call you when they are on route with an ETA.
Can you clear out an attic? The shed? The garden?
Yes, we do quite a bit of this kind of work. As long as it is deemed to be safe, we can collect any waste from wherever it is hiding.
There is no access at the rear of the property. Can you still complete this job?
Yes, we specialising in or ability to tailor our work to suit the exact needs of all our customers.
Do you collect hazardous waste?
No, but we have close contacts with several specialist waste collectors, and can organise safe collections of your hazardous or contaminated waste via them.
What can you do when furniture is too big to fit through the door?
As can imagine, we have a lot of experience and many stories to tell on this subject! However, in most cases our specialist teams are able to efficiently dismantle large items so they can be removed with ease.
